This meeting holds significant meaning as the official starting point for the joint commercialization of next-generation thermal management and energy efficiency technologies to be pursued by both companies.</p><h3>Exclusive Agreement and Direction of Technical Collaboration</h3><p>Through this exclusive agreement, PRETTL Group will serve as a strategic partner responsible for the global business deployment of TMEVnet’s core technologies, while TMEVnet will take the lead in research and development as well as technology advancement. The two companies agreed to establish a long-term collaboration structure aimed at <strong>joint validation, joint production, and joint market entry</strong>, moving beyond a simple technology supply relationship.</p><p>In particular, this agreement is based on an <strong>exclusive cooperation framework covering specific periods and regions</strong>, representing PRETTL Group’s official recognition of the differentiation and global competitiveness of TMEVnet’s technology.</p><h3>Six-Month PoC and Mass Production Roadmap</h3><p>Following the agreement, the two companies will jointly conduct a <strong>six-month Proof of Concept (PoC)</strong> period to progressively carry out:</p><ul><li>
