Although water cooling technology is being introduced, the fluid circulation method has low cooling efficiency due to the continuous temperature rise of the fluid, and there are problems with weight increase and maintenance. TMEVnet has built a power cooling system that does not require fluid exchange and has no such limitations.

Currently, power modules are mainly cooled by air cooling , which causes problems such as poor thermal performance, noise, and maintenance burden in the intensive field environments like high-temperature, dusty, and vibration.

By extending our proven liquid evaporation phase change cooling and control technology in cables and connectors to the power module field , we aim to simultaneously achieve system stability, efficiency, and weight reduction .
