TMEVnet participated in MWC 2025, the world’s largest mobile communications exhibition, and showcased its liquid evaporation phase-change-based cooling solution, a core technology for EV charging infrastructure.

TMEVnet announced that it participated in MWC 2025, the world’s largest mobile communications exhibition, where it showcased its liquid evaporation phase-change-based cooling solution, a core technology for EV charging infrastructure.

At the exhibition, TMEVnet highlighted its high-efficiency cooling technology utilizing phase change to overcome the limitations of conventional air-cooling and simple liquid-cooling methods. This technology leverages latent heat generated during liquid evaporation to deliver superior heat dissipation performance under the same conditions.

In particular, it effectively controls heat generation in cables and power terminals under ultra-high-power charging environments, minimizing output derating and enabling stable high-speed charging—making it a key enabling technology.

Based on this technology, TMEVnet proposed cooling cable assemblies and power interface solutions, demonstrating their potential application in next-generation EV charging infrastructure.

The booth attracted strong interest from global charging infrastructure companies and automotive component manufacturers, with active discussions on technical collaboration and business expansion.

A TMEVnet representative stated,
“Liquid evaporation phase-change cooling technology is an essential core infrastructure technology for the ultra-fast charging era,”
adding,
“We will continue to develop it into a standard solution applicable across various EV charging environments.”
