Gyeongbuk Center for Creative Economy and Innovation operates “Next G-Star Round” IR

The Gyeongbuk Center for Creative Economy and Innovation (Director Moon-rak Lee, hereinafter referred to as the Gyeongbuk Center) announced on the 10th that it will operate the “Next G-Star Round” IR to vitalize the local investment ecosystem and support investment attraction for startups in various fields.

On the 19th of last month, the Gyeongbuk Center conducted an online IR evaluation for mobility sector startups that applied for the “Next G-Star Round” IR.
As a result, a total of three companies were selected: ▲Grand Prize TCMS ▲Excellence Award Poscore ▲Encouragement Award TMEVnet Co., Ltd. (TMEVnet).
These companies have earned the opportunity to advance to the finals of the “Next G-Star Round” and will receive various support such as direct and indirect investment linkage.

Following the mobility sector, the Gyeongbuk Center plans to hold online IR evaluations for startups in the energy and bio sectors on the 17th, and for the fintech, blockchain, and Web 3.0 sectors on October 24 to select outstanding companies.
In addition, an offline awards ceremony will be held on November 15.

Moon-rak Lee, Director of the Gyeongbuk Center for Creative Economy and Innovation, said, “Through the ‘Next G-Star Round,’ in which investment reviewers active both in the Seoul metropolitan area and in local regions participate, we will actively discover promising companies and do our best to ensure that necessary investments can be made.”
